Delivery area
Delivery is offered to addresses that can be serviced by the available carrier and lawfully receive the product. If an address cannot be serviced, Docked will contact the customer and cancel or refund the order before dispatch.
Shipping cost and options
Free standard shipping is included in the $299 AUD price. We do not publish an estimated delivery timeframe until the available service for an order is confirmed. Destination taxes, duties or import requirements may apply independently of the shipping charge.
Your delivery address
You must provide a complete and correct delivery address through PayPal checkout. If you notice an error, email support@docked.com.au promptly. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after dispatch.
Returns
Contact Docked before returning any product. We will provide return instructions where a return is authorised. Do not send a product without those instructions.
For a change-of-mind request, contact us with the product and order details. We will tell you whether the request can be accepted and any applicable conditions before a return is authorised. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If a product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, stop using it where appropriate and contact us promptly. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
